Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored parenting support to families referred by the police, helping them navigate challenges and barriers to learning and social engagement.
- Collaborate with team members, colleagues, and school settings to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Deliver training events and contribute to the continuous development of our services.
- Work within the Inclusion Support team to offer a wide range of support services to families with children/young people (aged 0 to 25) with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
- Offer advice, information, 1:1 support, group work, and virtual assistance to families.
- Advocate for improved communication and participation within schools and families, seeking early resolution of conflicts.
- Contribute to the ALN transformation program, driving positive change in our community.
