Required from 6 th November 2023 (Pending safeguarding and pre-employment checks)

30 hours per week, Term Time Only (39 weeks a year) and Fixed Term until 31 st August 2024

Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm

The successful candidate will:
  • Have previous relevant experience working with school administration applications;
  • Have very good clerical/ typing skills as well as good literacy and numeracy skills;
  • Be able to work off own initiative and welcome opportunities to work flexibly and adapt to the pressures of a busy infants school;
  • Be highly motivated, well organised and able to prioritise;
  • Have effective communication that is professional and clear, being able to deal effectively with complex reception/ visitor matters;
  • Be respectful and have a friendly manner with positive body language;
  • Be able to effectively work together as members of our strong school team and contribute fully to the life of the school, including extracurricular activities;
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with our pupils, staff, parents and carers, members of our Governing Body and our wider community;
  • Comply with and assist with the production of whole school policies and approaches;
  • Participate in training and performance management;
  • Be able to sensitively and effectively supervise, train and develop staff as appropriate;
  • Have a basic knowledge of Welsh or the willingness to learn;
