Caerphilly EPS is going through a period of growth in order to add to our already strong team of EP and Assistant EPs. We are looking to appoint an EP who is keen to work in a vibrant, innovative and reflective service.
We are keen to hear from Psychologists who want to be involved in a wide range of projects and initiatives in addition to school-based work. The Educational Psychology Service is already a highly valued team within the Local Authority. We work collaboratively with other services to deliver a flexible and creative model of service delivery with a focus on wellbeing at its core. We offer a consultation based model of service delivery, alongside opportunities for in-depth casework and systemic work and innovative project work and research, working alongside our large team of skilled Assistant EPs. Caerphilly EPS is committed to building capacity in schools, and the service offers a range of training and support packages to meet local needs such as ELSA, Thrive, attachment/ trauma informed practice and CBT groups.
The Service offers a very attractive flexi and holiday package, to promote a positive work-life balance.
If you are a creative and solution-focused practitioner, we are keen to hear from you.
