To support student college sports enrichment opportunities within the Football Academy pathway through providing high quality coaching and performer support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and evaluate tailored sessions that are appropriate to the needs of the athletes.
- Assist in the recruitment process of new high performance athletics into GCS Sports Academies.
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering services to athletes, clubs and coaches.
- Where appropriate use video analysis to provide feedback to athletes.
- Monitor the attendance of the sports club at team training sessions.
