MIS Assistant

The role:

The MIS and Examinations team deal with student enrolment and matters relating to student records, timetables, attendance and results.This position involves the processing of high volumes of data whilst providing an efficient administrative service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enrolment of our Students throughout the year
  • Deal with enquiries from current and prospective students, staff and external bodies both by telephone and in person.
  • The input of accurate and timely data into the college MI system, in line with College policies.
About you:
  • NVQ 2 in Administration/Customer service or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with high volumes of data entry.
  • Minimum 1 year working in office environment.
  • IT Literate
  • Customer Service Experience
