Salary Scale 1 - £21,029 pro-rata per annum (10.90 per hour)
24 hours per week - 36.6 Weeks Term-Time Only - Fixed Term until 31st August 2024
Please note the actual salary will be based on the number of weeks worked during the academic year

We currently have a Learning Support Assistant vacancy within the ALN team.

You will support students with additional learning needs, in the classroom and in other learning environments, assisting with their physical and emotional well-being and learning support requirements.

This may include provi ding practical support, personal care, note-taking, reading, prompting/scribing and/or note taking support. With a relevant Level 2 qualification, you will have experience working with people with additional learning needs/physical disabilities who may require support and assistance to achieve their full potential.

You will have good IT, communication and note-taking skills and be prepared to work flexibly.

Registration as an FE Learning Support worker with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is a requirement for these roles and needs to be in place before the successful candidates can start.
