Description
Coedcae School is a thriving community comprehensive school of 940 pupils serving the urban community of Llanelli in south-west Wales. The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our dedicated, high-performing team.
The Governors of Coedcae School wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils in mainstream education.
This position is for 32.5 hours per week, 5 days per week, 39 weeks per year (term-time only).
Coedcae School is an inclusive comprehensive school wholly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people; we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
The successful applicant will need to be registered with the Education Workforce Council for Wales before appointment.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.
You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
