- Term Time (38 weeks per year)

- £9155.64 - £9509.89 per annum
- Tycoch & Gorseinon campus
- Provide excellent customer service to all staff, students and visitors.
- Engage with learners to ensure a well-ordered, safe, supportive, accessible and stimulating environment is maintained
- Respond enthusiastically and supportively to the enquiries of users
- Ensure the environment is clean, organised and conducive to a variety of learning styles
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Self-motivated and also a good team worker
- Empathetic and inclusive
- Great people skills in dealing with difficult situations
- Flexibility to be between campuses is essential
- 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and the college is closed for two weeks over the Christmas period
