1. Manage a team of Training Advisors and the Lead IQA to ensure operational performance is in-line with quality and performance targets
2. Use data reports to effectively manage individual and team performance in line with internal and external requirements, addressing underperformance as needed
3. Provide quality and performance reports to Head of Route as needed
4. Lead monthly team meetings
5. Manage recruitment of apprentices in line with contractual and operational requirements
6. Ensure all team members undertake training to satisfy CPD requirements
7. Work with the Lead IQA to manage EQA visits
8. Participate in Quality Working Group activities
9. Chair/participate in best practice meetings
10. Lead team engagement in the self-assessment process
11. Support implementation of the Quality Development Plan
12. Support preparation for external audits, quality evaluations and inspections
13. Support a small caseload of apprentices
14. Undertake internal quality assurance activities
15. Work with colleagues to support apprentices with additional learning needs
16. Work with colleagues to support the wellbeing of learners
17. Adhere to all internal quality assurance policies and procedures
18. Adhere to internal and external health and safety requirements
19. Adhere to all requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
20. Undertake continuous professional development in relation to occupational competence as well as teaching and assessment practices
21. Participate in standardisation and sharing of best practice within and across delivery teams
22. Adhere to the Education Workforce Council (EWC) Code of Professional Conduct and Practice
23. Undertake any other reasonable duties as required
