The role:
Providing administrative support to assist the HR team to deliver a professional high quality service to managers and staff; being the first point of contact for visitors to the Department and telephone enquiries.

The role:

- Full-time, 37 hours per week
- Permanent
- £22,982 - £25,017 per annum
- Swansea, SA2
- Support the Recruitment Officers in the administration of the recruitment process, preparing interview packs and requesting references.
- Prepare and disseminate standard reports to the HR Team.
- Assist in the preparation of ad hoc requests for information and reports e.g. - Welsh language data, Subject Access requests, mortgage requests.
- Monitor the HR Inbox to ensure all email enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Previous experience of working in an office is essential and previous experience of HR would be an advantage.
- Excellent IT skills and a high degree of accuracy.
- 5 GCSE passes (grades A-C) including Maths and English or equivalent.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and confidence in dealing with people
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Welsh language skills to level 2 have been identified as desirable for this post.
