We are looking for a highly skilled Administrator to be part of our South West and Mid Regional Team.

This is a hands on role, operating at pace, you will support and underpin the work of the delivery team by providing a range of administrative duties, including (but not limited to) registering courses onto the Management Information Systems (MIS), processing tutor pay claims, and logging all learner details and support requirements. You will be key in assisting the Regional Manager, Curriculum Delivery Officers and Tutors in ensuring that all administrative activities are completed within the required deadlines and in ensuring accurate administration and record keeping in relation to all agreed provision, finance and quality targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
You will have a good standard of general education including English and Mathematics GCSE/O Level or equivalent, with a relevant IT qualification at level 2 or above an advantage. You will have experience of all office administration duties and of raising purchase orders & invoice requests, banking, receipts of monies received, and good all round IT skills covering use of all basic office software applications. You will be well organised and methodical, and bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Welsh language skills at level 3 are desirable.
