Role Title : Lecturer in Health and Social Care (Welsh speaking)

Location : Yale

Contract Type : Permanent - Full Time

Salary: Academic M1 - UP3 £26,911 - ££41,598

We are now searching for a Lecturer in Health and Social Care to deliver our WJEC/City and Guilds Health and Social Care courses at Level 2 and above throught the medium of Welsh

In order to be considered for this role, you must have proven experience and competence within either nursing or adult care and hold a Level 3 qualification as a minimum within Health and Social Care and be fluent in Welsh. This would be a great opportunity for an individual looking to begin their career in education.

As a Lecturer at Coleg Cambria you will be required to deliver both practical and classroom based learning to our students. You will also be responsible for enrolling students on appropriate courses and provide coaching, mentoring and learning opportunities as well as ensuring the safety and welfare of our students at all times.

Essential Requirements

Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a professionally relevant topic (eg: Nursing, Adult Care etc)

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Self motivated, well organised and able to work independently using own initiative

Ability to communicate effectively through the medium of Welsh
