We are a portfolio Pupil Referral Unit situated in the County Borough of Wrexham, providing education for secondary aged pupils who are unable to attend mainstream school. We operate from three sites, namely Stiwdio Pen-y-Cae, Stiwdio Hafod and Haulfan, which specialise in supporting pupil needs relating to behaviour and mental health.

We are passionate about providing pupils a fantastic opportunity to re-build self-confidence and esteem, in order to successfully re-engage with their learning. We have high aspirations for all our pupils, whatever challenging circumstances they face. We are proud to part of the Wrexham community.

We are looking to recruit a Pastoral Manager to join the Stiwdio Pen-y-Cae site that provides education to Key Stage 4 pupils at risk of exclusion. The main focus of the role will be to support pupil attendance, well-being, and safeguarding and support successful transition.

Our staff team is vibrant, innovative and solution focused. You will receive an excellent level of support from colleagues and the senior leadership team. We already have two highly experienced and dynamic Pastoral Managers who will provide direct peer support and mentoring in your new role.
