Job description
Governors are seeking to appoint two highly effective, caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work 2:1 supporting a child with behaviour, communication, emotional and social development difficulties in school.

The right candidates will have experience of working with children with Additional Learning Needs and will be willing to undertake training to further their knowledge.

We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:

• Have experience of working 1:1 with children with behaviour, communication, emotional and social development difficulties
• Have experience of working closely with Class Teacher/ALNCO and other professionals
• Are flexible, pro-active and hands on
• Have vision, energy and enthusiasm for this challenge and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Are experienced in establishing and maintaining good professional relationships
