Skills Project Manager - Shared Prosperity Fund

The role:

The role involves responsibility for the administration and coordination of all activities within the Shared Prosperity Fund (Skills Project) to include liaison with the Head of GCS Training, Commercial Coordinators, delivery staff, collation and checking of documentation , monitoring KPIs and ensuring compliance with the project requirements. Integral to the position is the reporting, supporting and monitoring of all aspect of the project to ensure the successful achievement of key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all activity within the project and be the main link between the central funding team and delivery areas.
  • Ensure that the College complies with its funding contract through the development of both internal and external partnerships, managing the contract to meet contract requirements and KPIs.
  • Working with/ coordinating consortium partners to achieve contract outputs. Develop partnerships, to identify and commission high quality delivery of Skills through delivery teams, and develop external partnerships as referral, progression, or delivery partners, in order to meet community needs and target groups in accordance with contract
  • Monitoring and compliance of all records in relation to the delivery of the project.
About you:
  • Experience of External Funding Programmes
  • Degree or equivalent level 6 qualification
  • Experience of managing projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
