An exciting opportunity has arisen in the International Office for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join the team.
The role focuses on overseeing the department’s compliance requirements and is responsible for ensuring compliance for all UKVI and ECORYS related activity in addition to international student admissions and student mobility programmes at the College.

You will also be responsible for managing the International team and workloads in the absence of the Head of International,

.• Overseeing departmental compliance.
• Managing the UKVI SMS system and all reporting to the Home Office.

• Responsible for generating CAS’s, visa support, BRP collection and police registration for current and prospective international students.

• Monitoring compliance for UKVI and ECORYS regulatory bodies.

• Ensuring student files are audit-ready for UKVI and student mobility programmes.

• Maintain up to date knowledge of UKVI compliance requirements for the Student Route and other categories, as required.

• International student admissions, using the UK ENIC database for qualification comparison.

• Co-ordinating college wide student mobility activity to include applications, reports and travel arrangements. Programmes include Erasmus+, Turing Scheme and the new programme funded by the Welsh Government, currently named International Learning Experience Programme.

• Responsible for managing the International team and workloads in the absence of the Head of International.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educated to degree level or equivalent or have appropriate professional experience, you will be knowledgeable in the application of Immigration Rules and Regulations (specifically relating to the Student Route) and associated compliance duties.

A knowledge and understanding of UKVI sponsorship duties and of working on funded projects such as Erasmus+ would be desirable.
