The Governors of Trelales Primary School are looking for a passionate, innovative, and inspirational leader who has the necessary professional skills to build on the very positive foundations and excellent relationships that are already in place.
The successful candidate must be a resilient leader who would grow the existing vision for the school, whilst driving forward local and national priorities.
We are looking for a highly visible and approachable headteacher
who must demonstrate:
A commitment to enhance our vision and ethos.
A passion for supporting and improving the wellbeing of all.
A belief that all children can succeed.
Strong strategic leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, enabling every child to reach their full potential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to motivate and empower others.
The ability to look beyond the school gates and develop positive, effective relationships with families and the wider community.
