ICT Schools First Line Service Desk Officer
G06 £26,421 - £27,803 per annum
Full Time - 37 hours per week
We are looking for a talented, creative and technically minded individual to join our expanding Schools ICT Support Service.
In order to maintain a high standard of support to our Schools, we are looking to appoint a full time role in our busy 1st line schools service desk.
You will be suitably experienced and qualified but importantly we're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are comfortable managing their own time, able to effectively prioritise work and recognise the importance of achieving key performance indicators and objectives outlined in the Service Level Agreement.
Excellent problem-solving skills are essential in this technical post, you will also be a good communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident in providing support to users with a range of technical skills and experience.
A Standard DBS is required for this position.
