GradCon Cymru

GradCon is more than just a careers fair: it's Wales's ultimate graduate event! And on Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 September, it's returning to DEPOT Cardiff for 2026.

At GradCon Cymru, you'll meet a brilliant mix of employers from across Wales who are actively looking for students, graduates and early-career talent. There'll also be talks, workshops and networking opportunities, as well as the chance to get a free professional headshot taken by a photographer. Oh, and did we mention there'll be street food, too? 👀

GradCon Cymru will take place over two days, with each day designed to help students and graduates connect with the employers most relevant to them:

Tuesday 8 September: General Day

Our General Day is suitable for students and graduates from all degree subjects and disciplines. This includes arts, humanities, business, law, social sciences, education, languages, English, media, creative subjects and more. You'll have the chance to meet employers from a wide range of sectors, explore graduate roles, internships and placements, and take part in talks, workshops and networking opportunities throughout the day.

Wednesday 9 September: STEM Day

Our STEM Day is designed for students and graduates from science, technology, engineering and mathematics subjects. This includes disciplines such as biology, chemistry, physics, computer science, software engineering, data science, mathematics, environmental science, engineering, electronics, cyber security and other related STEM subjects.

The employers attending on this day will be particularly interested in meeting students and graduates with STEM backgrounds, so if that sounds like you, make sure you come along to our STEM Day.
