About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Headteacher to join our team at Cadoxton Primary. The successful candidate will support the Headteacher, staff, and pupils in fulfilling our school's mission, deputising in the Headteacher's absence. A strong knowledge of Curriculum for Wales, assessment, and pupil progress is essential, along with the skills to lead and inspire. We are looking for someone who is community-focused, committed to inclusion, and able to work in partnership with families and stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant school community.
Pay Details: L13-17
