? Be keen to work to the strengths of every child, support any needs, and provide an inclusive learning environment.
? Understand that equity is the key to giving every child the best chances in their lives.
? Demonstrate excellent communication skills to work effectively in partnership with staff, parents, governors and the local community.
? Have a passion for developing pupils as bilingual and open to the cultures and languages of other countries
? Be able to contribute to the school's extra-curricular activities.
? Be adaptable, resourceful and innovative.

Shortlisting will take place on: Week beginning 19th June 2023
Interviews will be held on: 27th June 2023
Observation of Teaching: In current setting, or at Gellifaelog Primary. To be arranged following shortlisting.
Successfully shortlisted candidates will be asked to visit the school by appointment.
