Site Manager/Caretaker
Permanent - starting as soon as possible
Grade 4(SCP 5-7 £21,575 - £22,369 pro rata)
Split shifts Mon- Fri, 35 hours per week, with optional overtime.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and conscientious site manager/caretaker to join our fantastic team.
The successful candidate will:
• Be self motivated, enthusiastic and be able to work under own their initiative.
• Have high expectations of health & safety, building maintenance and our learning environment.
• Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively as an effective team member.
• Be adaptable, resourceful and innovative.
• Have general handyman skills and be willing to help develop our indoor/outdoor spaces.
All staff are expected to play a full role in our school community.
