Could you inspire success and growth at one of the largest Colleges in the UK?
Grŵp Llandrillo Menai is looking for a talented, driven and strategic professional to develop and grow the Grŵp's substantial commercial operations - Busnes@LlandrilloMenai.
We are looking for an outstanding commercial leader to drive and shape the Grŵp's multiple commercial operation divisions, including work-based learning and employer engagement. This constitutes around 30% of the Grŵp's delivery and provides employers with a "one stop shop".
Many of the developments and opportunities the Grŵp is involved in are of significant importance to North Wales so this is a key role that sits on the Grŵp's Executive team at an exciting time for the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in a similar senior position and have a track record in business development and be a proven leader with strong networking and negotiation skills. A strategic thinker with an excellent record in developing new markets and opportunities, you will also be used to transformational change and developing new business models. Experience and a sound understanding of the education and skills arena in Wales would be an advantage, but not essential.
NB: Details are also available in Welsh in the application pack.

The Grŵp will also be opening a new £13 million Engineering Centre on the Rhyl Campus in November.
